Adding the SLA breach countdown to your views

This badge can be added as a column from the formatting options within your view edit page. 

To add the column to your view

1. Navigate to Admin > Manage > Views.
2. Select your view from the list to open the edit view page. 
3. In the Formatting options section, find the Next SLA breach column. 
4. Drag and position the Next SLA breach within the columns included in table list.
5. Submit the changes.
